I know that I am not the only one who is a loyal Nordstrom customer. I recently went to the store to buy some clothes and the sales associate had this strange look on her face and I just couldn’t figure out what she was so upset about. I asked her and she seemed a little confused and said that she was just happy that it was my first Nordstrom experience. Not surprisingly, she’s from the Bay Area and she loves the Nordstrom stores.
This is something I’ve noticed as well. When I was growing up I would go to Nordstrom in the Bay Area for a long time, buying everything I possibly could. It was one of the best deals and the sales associates were always friendly and helpful. But after my teen years I had to get a new phone and the Nordstrom people would say the same thing. They would tell me it was just a coincidence that I went to Nordstrom and asked questions.
I agree. I also agree that they are really nice people. But after 20 years of being a Nordstrom customer myself, I have to tell you that the Nordstrom people aren’t that nice any more. They don’t like to give people the benefit of the doubt anymore. They are the rudest people on the planet.
I have to confess I have never been to Nordstrom. They are a small company, and I have never been to Boston, and neither has anyone else I know. So I guess that makes me a Nordstrom convert, though they are right that you dont have to be so nice to get what you want.
I can understand why Nordstrom would want to make the experience of shopping at a store less pleasant for everyone, but I don’t think it’s that they don’t like new customers. Nordstrom is a very large chain, and the way it has been run for years has made it difficult to do business with them. I had to go to another, much smaller Nordstrom and try to do business with one of the top executives.
Like most chains, Nordstrom takes care of things like credit cards, and that’s what you’ll need to do if you are going to buy stuff online. You can also sell stuff on Amazon, but the best way to buy clothing and other goods is with Nordstrom.com or Amazon.com.
To make things even worse, you will also have to deal with a bunch of other people who are also trying to do business online and getting caught up in the same “systems.” Some of these other people may be Nordstrom employees, but the best way to do business with Nordstrom is to buy from them. They’re the only company whose online sales work, so they’re the best place to buy stuff.
Nordstrom isn’t really much of a company. Their main product is clothing and shoes. Their other products are accessories for their clothing (e.g. belts, wallets, watches, etc.) and accessories for their housewares (e.g. pillows, dishes, etc.). Nordstrom also sell other products like household cleaning products, pet supplies, and books.
I think that the real way to get a Nordstrom store is by buying it online. When you buy an item from a Nordstrom store you get a shipping and handling fee, but they also give you a discount on your purchase if you buy it online. That way you can shop with a little more confidence and have the transaction be more complete. Also, Nordstrom has started to do discount sales, where they sell things cheaper online.
A Nordstrom store is only one of many online retailers that sell fashion, household cleaning accessories, and books. Nordstrom also has a great selection of clothing for the winter months. Also, Nordstrom has a good deal on some good bedding and mattresses.
